How much does a full refurbishment cost?
As a guide, full refurbishments start from £3,600 and level-access bathrooms from £4,700. Those are starting points rather than quotations: the only accurate figure is the written quotation you get after a survey.
How long will I be without a bathroom?
A typical full renovation takes around four days on site once work starts. That is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Wet rooms and layout changes take longer, and we tell you if something we find changes the plan.
Do you supply the suite, or do I buy it?
Suites, tiles and panels come through TikiTaki Bathrooms, our supply partner, and you choose them at the St Helens showroom. If you have already bought a bathroom, we can fit that instead.
Will I need building regulations approval?
Like-for-like replacements often fall outside it. Moving a soil connection, altering circuits, removing part of a wall or forming a new bathroom commonly need it. Confirming your position with local authority building control is the property owner's responsibility, and tenants and leaseholders also need written consent from their landlord or freeholder. We cannot obtain any of these for you.
Do you cover Liverpool, or only St Helens?
St Helens, Liverpool, Warrington, Widnes, Runcorn, Manchester and Alderley Edge, and the rest of Merseyside, Cheshire and Greater Manchester.
What guarantee do I get, and are you insured?
Materials and workmanship are guaranteed for twelve months from completion, subject to the terms supplied with your quotation, and we carry £1 million of public liability insurance on every job.
